Customer Service Representative for luxury brands 奢侈品牌客服专员

Job scope:

A contact center in Shanghai is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives. The candidates must have a background and/or strong interest in luxury goods, and to be able to work autonomously.

Job Responsibility:

1. Answer in an elegant and professional manner to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding our clients’ brands and products

2. Follow-up on all customer requests within specified deadlines to ensure the brand provides the highest level of Customer Service in the industry

3. Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools

4. Assist customers with after-sales service issues

Education & Experience

1. Must be native Cantonese speaker, and spoken Mandarin (no accent) and English (proficient).

2. Minimum of 2 years experience in Retail / Customer Service / Sales in luxury / airlines / private bank / hospitality industry.

3. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new applications quickly

4. Able to use English as working language.

Requirements

1. Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brands’ history, product offerings and communications/advertising program

2. Demonstrate initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented

3. Cheerful, willing to help, pro-active and positive personality

4. Polite, strong elocution and outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)

5. Ability to stay calm and relaxed in tense situations, and try to help the customer
