职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Access to the back-end of the e-commerce platforms JD or Tmall or ERP
2. Download the data
3. Apply relevant filters to the data and create the reports
4. Provide daily extracts of G-Star brand and post it in G-Star FTP server
5. Provide report templates to uniform all Full Jet e-commerce reports. Those reports layout should be attractive and user-friendly
6. Provide weekly reports for G-Star client
7. Prepare monthly report (quantitative ones) for G-Star, odlo, Sergent Major and all potential other clients
8. Provide weekly and monthly dashboard data to General Manager, according to a template prepared together
9. Expertise to communicate effectively data insights
10. Automate the reports to the maximum to avoid manual work, applicant should have a strong command of Excel (VBA macros, scripts)
11. Use Full Jet data tools to embrace external data in order to enrich our reports, and BI
12. Lead some one-shot analysis in order to improve operations team performance, and provide strategic insights to Full Jet’s clients

Requirement:
1) With 2-3 years related working experience
2) Excellent analytical skills, especially on Excel
3) Very comfortable to handle data and data tools
4) Fluent in both English and Chinese
5) Be nice and always pleasant at work
6) Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
7) Proactive
8) Excellent computer skills especially good knowledge on Tmall/JD and ERP system
9) Excellent problem solving skills
