职位描述：
1. Be aware of fashion trends for both international and domestic markets on scarves, gloves, hats and handbags.
2. Identify factories’ capabilities, skills, strengths, weakness and status.
3. Translate ideas, concepts and specifications from customers to factories.
4. Follow up every stage in the development process.
5. Work as the liaison between customers and factories.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in fashion design related.
2. At least 3 years experience in fashion product development.
3. Good follow-up, communication and problem solving skills.
4. Good at Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design softwares.
