For our Sourcing Office in Shanghai – we are looking for a Testing and Inspection Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with the merchandisers and QC-s in Shanghai and the Quality Department in the Head Office.

Your Responsibilities:

- To coordinate the testing of textile material, trims and readymade garments in accordance with Tally Weijl requirements cooperated with the suppliers and laboratories

- Guide the suppliers what kind of testing are required for the garments

- Keep the contact with the laboratories and train them based on Tally Weijl Quality manuals

- Analyze and track the test reports and make sure every style is corresponding to the requirements

- Support the merchandisers in case of any quality or testing related question

- Follow-up and daily communication with suppliers, laboratories

- Regularly train supplier to meet TW standards.

Your Profile

- Minimum 5 years experience as Testing Coordinator or Testing Engineer in a for textiles and/or garments

- Active and deep knowledge about the European Testing regulations

- Bachelor degree or above from Textile / Clothing engineering

- Organized, and self-motivated person, able to work independently and also in a team within a fast paced environment

- Excellent English knowledge orally and in written

- Fashion is your passion
