The NPD Group (www.npd.com), a U.S. company founded in 1967 currently with international locations all over the world, is the leading global provider of consumer and retail market research information for a wide range of industries. We work with more than 1,400 clients - many of which are the best-known brands in the world, provide critical consumer behavior and point-of-sale (POS) information and industry expertise across more industries than any other market research company.

Responsibilities
? Ownership of APAC Sports data processing using NPD proprietary Tools to review, process, transform, large number of records collected.
? Ownership of Quality Control for the APAC Sports businesses including monitoring Panelist and Data trends.
? Ownership and understanding of technical programing/documentation on Business Rules that are applied to the data, and be able to explain to other team members.
? Assist other departments in deep dives into the data or reformat the data in different formats as needed.
? Create systematic QC reports/templates, analyze, and validate production data for each cycle.
? Help create/automate client deliverables that are consistent in structure and can be repeat for each production cycle
? Project timeline management for data-upgrades or special projects.

Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree or above.
? Three or more years of working in a data processing/analysis environment for foreign companies.
? Experienced working directly with Foreigners (direct travel or conference calls on projects).
? Able to analyze and deep dive into large datasets at the raw level.
? Able to summarize and analyze data and present findings.
? Excellent Command of English Language both Oral and Written.
? Ability to use MS Excel to run summary tables, Pivot tables, crosstabs, apply filters.
? Good understanding of Excel Macros. VBA and Macro programing is a plus.
? Work and interact well with other team members.
? Ability to take autonomous ownership of projects while keeping other team members posted, and not afraid to ask for help when needed.
? Prideful ownership of project and objectives, yet not afraid to reach out for help when needed.
