The Position


We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. This position reports directly to the CFO and will be responsible for leading the Finance and Accounting Department, including a growing team of 3 people. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with and be part of the management team of a fast growing, international company.



Your role will include:

Lead growing team of 3 people and work closely with department managers in Shanghai and internationally
Manage accounting and financial reporting process, including monthly close and monthly financial statements
Manager annual audit and tax return preparation
Create annual budget and manage monthly budgeting reports
Review and implement strong internal controls across international offices
Work with CFO and BI department on financial analysis and developments of management reporting and company KPI’s
Manage international tax strategy
Consistently work to optimize and reduce costs, while facilitating revenue growth opportunities.
Manage contract signing and legal documentation process
Other projects as assigned by Executive team
 

 

The candidate will have the following competencies:

 

Be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience, at least 2 years in an accounting manager or similar leadership position
Strong understanding and experience in accounting rules, preparing financial statements, budgeting, and tax laws
Experience with financial analysis and management reporting
Very good attention to detail and documentation skills
Proven project management skills – can manage multiple projects at once with tight deadlines
Excellent can do attitude, self-motivated with a drive to work hard
Strong Chinese and English language skills 举报 分享
