职位描述：
1.负责处理各部门的采购需求，联系供应商，制作采购合同和系统订单，跟踪供应商的交货，保证物料及时供应。
2.负责有料号的辅料的日常采购，每天监控系统中物料的库存情况，及时下单补料，订单跟踪以确保物料准时供应。
3.有效的跟踪过期交货订单的情况，及时的关闭订单，安排发货和付款。
4.负责采购部相关文件的归档工作，例如采购需求单，采购合同，系统采购订单以及与供应商相关的资质资料等。
5.负责系统中基础数据的维护，例如建立新供应商，新的料品等。
6.完成采购经理交代的本部门其他工作。
任职资格：
1.大专或以上学历，应届生亦可考虑。
2.物流管理、交通运输业专业优先考虑。
3.良好的组织、协调和沟通能力。
4.具备积极的工作态度、承受一定的工作压力。
5.良好的团队合作精神。
6.良好的计算机知识，如word,excel等。
7.具有基本的英文读写能力。
