职位描述：
第一、 负责公司人力资源规划；根据公司战略以及销售业绩要求，规划销售人员数量，并确定员工素质条件，包括员工受教育水平、品德素质、能力素质、工作经验等；

第二、 协助总经理决定公司劳动人事政策，负责研究贯彻执行公司劳动人事诸方面的方针、政策、指令、决议；就公司重大人事任免事项提供参考意见，负责拟订机构设置或重组方案、定编定员方案的上报；

第三、 负责岗位说明书的制定及人事制度的制定和修改，包括员工手册、公司招聘制度、绩效考核制度、培训制度、员工考勤制度等；

第四、 负责公司员工招聘面试工作；按照公司人力资源年度规划，实施公司员工招聘；

           1）负责招聘信息的发布、简历筛选、电话面试、第一轮面试，记录面试情况并反馈；

           2）协调用人部门第二轮面试，沟通候选人情况，及时跟进相应面试结果，offer谈判；

3）及时与用人部门沟通，做好岗位分析并拟定招聘方案，制定招聘策略；

4）根据岗位要求开发、维护招聘渠道，简历相应的人才库以完成招聘任务；

第五、 负责公司员工合同管理

       1）签订劳动合同；

       2）交纳劳动保险，加强与劳动保障部门的联系；

           3）劳动合同存档管理；

第六、 负责员工绩效考核；选择员工考核方法，与部门经理配合对员工进行定期考核；负责拟订每年的工资、奖金、福利等人力资源费用预算和报酬分配方案，上报总经理批准后按计划执行；

第七、 负责岗前培训和员工关系维护；

第八、 负责公司员工的离职、辞退、辞职等相关手续办理。 举报 分享
