职位描述：
岗位职责
（1）负责公司所需产品的采购；
（2）针对新产品收集信息，询价，协调与沟通，进货检收，整理付款；
（3）根据采购的安排，下达采购订单，跟踪采购产品入库；不良品及时处理，有效控制供应商交货期；
（4）对采购产品及时催单，确保产品准时到达，及更新状态并汇报;
（5）跟进下单-出货-到货-入库及管理工作，确保采购产品的到货及时性及合格性，并制定采购数据报表，记录所采购物品的到货时间，并定期编制月、季、年度报表；
（6）采购材料发票的整理，对账，付款申请;
（7）归纳月、季、年度报表，制作各个供应商的交付及时率和合格率图表，协助采购主管定期进行供应商调查以及评定，并合格有效的管理合格供方名录，确保公司内、外审核有效进行；
（8）收集整理并存放采购部门各种单据，以及供应商资料的整理和及时归档；
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历；
2、2年以上采购工作经验，有玻璃行业采购经验或外资企业采购工作经历者优先；
3、熟悉相关质量体系标准，精通采购业务，具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
4、熟练操作计算机，熟练掌握Excel，Word，PPT等常用办公软件；
5、有良好的职业道德和敬业精神；
6、较强的沟通能力，良好的应变能力和创造力；
7、具有较强的进取精神和团队合作精神，工作认真，责任心强，抗压性强，执行力强。 举报 分享
