ASSIGNMENTS:
? Lead, support and optimize receiving / in-process / final quality inspection process
? Make sure internal working instruction and routine be well understand and implemented
? Shift and work arrangement, direct management to inspector
? Analyze the related quality KPI and trigger improvement for any deviation
? Good documentation for quality and technical documents and keep compliance
? Be external and internal coordinator for claim and quality related cases
? Continuously improve and develop quality level of packaging
? Report and keep relevant files updated
? Lead and develop inspector together with business
? Be a member of EQR matrix, involve and support the agenda of global quality
? Initiate, lead and follow up performance and improvements tasks within the area of responsibility
? Secure implementation of working methods and coach for deployment
? Develop and build business competence within the area of responsibility
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):
? CECQ (Customer Experience Customer Quality)
? Claim value %
? Voice Survey
? COPQ (Cost of poor quality)
? Process Compliance
? Competence Move
KNOWLEDGE:
? Good reading, writing and speaking English
? Familiar with ISO9000 or IKEA Supplier Quality Assurance Program
? Quality Knowledge—RCA, 8D, GONOGO…
? Good knowledge in Microsoft office
? More than 3 years working experience related quality
? Familiar with furniture fitting, have basic drawing-reading ability
? Good knowledge of the related IKEA retail range, supply chain, processes and organization alternatively for Support functions good knowledge of the IKEA Components
? Understanding team dynamics and relationships
? Experience from leading Business and People.
