职位描述:
Main Accountabilities: A specific description of your main weekly/monthly/yearly responsibilities, please note this is not your concrete annual target or objectives.

GENERAL TARGET:
1.Define aftermarket sales strategy to recover MIF OE install base .
2.Aftermarket analysis for major industries such as automotive, steel, paper, power plant, etc.
3.Develop corresponding channels to cover major after markets in each region.
4.To achieve overall aftermarket sales target.

PLANNING & REPORTING:
1.Prepare sales part of short term (1-2 yr) and long term (3-5 yr) strategic business plan with breakdown into individual industries, product line and channels.
2.Make and execute channel development plan and track the progress in terms of channel quantity and quality.
3.Break annual sales target by industry, by channel, and by region so as to track and report performance.
4.Collect market intelligence and prepare competition report for each focused industry in terms of pricing, technical differentiation, customer relationship, etc.
5.Provide timely 3-month rolling forecast to support purchasing & production planning.

SALES MANAGEMENT:
1.To achieve/exceed defined monthly/annual sales target.
2.Manage pricing through different channels to ensure margin and to reduce conflict.
3.Work with PM to generate competitive products; work with production to meet delivery time.
4.Collect AR in time to reduce company risk.
5.Channel performance review and plan to optimize efficiency.

ASSISTANCE:
Provide recommendations for future development, such as new market development, new product R&D, cost saving etc.


Professional Competence:
1.At least 8 years sales experience with minimum 5 years in channel management, preferable in filtration industry.
2.Familiar with filtration applications in industries such as automotive, steel, paper, power plant, etc.
3.Extended China industrial filtration market knowledge with basic business intelligence & analysis skill.
4.Time management and multitasking skills.
5.Candidate from famous Industrial Filtration company is a plus.

Personnel Competence:
1.Good presentation and communication skills.
2.Business acumen and negotiation skills.
3.Result-orientated working style.
4.Good command of Oral and written English.
