职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责公司电子商务平台的用户新增，根据部门战略，建立和维护高价值合作渠道的合作关系和推广活动
2、与新媒体各位渠道平台对接,了解微博粉丝通\微信广告主等渠道的推广方式;
3、负责与搜索引擎有关的一切工作，配合电商部门做好市场推广及渠道口碑维护
4、推广渠道数据监控和反馈跟踪，对推广数据进行分析，并有针对性的调整推广策略；

任职要求：
1、思维活跃，善于与粉丝互动，具备敏锐的洞察力、良好的沟通能力、高效的执行能力和团队管理能力；
2、熟悉互联网市场营销工作，有较强的渠道整合能力，及线上营销策划、执行能力；
3、有广泛的渠道资源和人脉者优先；
4、有判断力，对热点事件具有较强的分析能力；
5、对数据敏感，善于分析和优化；
