职位描述：
岗位职责

1、 组织各专业人员收集结构设计资料，拟订结构设计计划；
2、 与设计院沟通、协调，做好楼盘结构、室内室外效果等建筑设计和质量把关工作；
3、 组织专业技术调研、现场结构勘测工作，并编写《专业设计调研报告》；
4、 负责编写《结构设计说明书》和《图纸目录》；
5、 负责初步审核结构设计文件和图纸，整体把握结构设计及效果设计；
6、 负责参与结构施工的技术交底工作；
7、 配合报审工作，参与图纸会审和重大设计变更工作；
8、 配合现场施工、质量检验、竣工验收、设计回访及设计技术总结工作.

 

任职要求

1、土木工程专业本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上甲级院设计工作经验；

3、2年以上施工现场工作经验；
3、能独立完成项目施工图的设计，熟练掌握结构专业的设计软件；
4、既有团队精神，又具有沟通协调的能力；
5、熟悉相关的结构设计规范和设计流程。
