职位描述：
GENERAL DESCRIPTION：
Ensure equipment and facilities work in good conditions by preventive repair and maintenance. Improve equipment and facilities work efficiency by continuous developments. Lead facility technicians to perform new project setup, environment improvement, safety risk control, troubleshooting, equipment installation etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS：
1. Equipment and facilities repair and maintenance
A. Write and update preventive maintenance plan to keep equipment and facility work in efficient conditions.
B. Provide technical or procedures training to technician or users, include work instruction, troubleshooting, repair skills, safe operation requirements etc.
C. Manage safe spare parts and consumption material inventory system, ensure aging or trouble parts could be replaced timely, regular raise purchase requisition, with good housekeeping in inventory area.
D. Recommend and perform modification to improve equipment reliability, reduce equipment shutdown time.
E. Tooling or fixtures design and implement for new project or production.
F. Energy consumption management, design and provide economical, safety, clean solutions in all aspects of electricity, water, refrigeration, compressed air supply, take continuous improvements to reduce wastes, save cost, keep energy consumption under a downtrend targets.
G. Chemical management and waste treatment.

2. New project setup
A. Assist new project setup includes design evaluation, renovation process management, final check and acceptance etc.

3. Continuous improvement
A. Focus on user’s feedback, equipment bottle neck, new techniques, legal requirements, client’s requirement etc., provide professional, efficient solutions.

4. Document management
A. Keep all document in practical and control.

5. Other supports
A. Work in other areas when required
B. Work weekend, public holiday and overtime when required
C. Maintain effective attendance and punctuality

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS：
1. College graduated, majored in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
2. Good verbal and written English proficiency.
3. Computer knowledge.
4. At least 2 years relevant experiences in manufacturing with equipment repairs, maintenance and up keeping.
5. Working experiences in building or facility layout, new equipment setup, RF welding machines / auto labeling machines / air compressor / conveyor line / seal machines / pad printing machines repair are preferred.
6. Good analysis and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to lead and motivate staff.
