职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1、Responsible for issue invoice and maintenance & update invoice list.
2、Collect & check expense claim and payment request, review invoices and other supporting received and verify its validity.
3、Handle E-banking, check receipt and arrange payments in time.
4、Book accounting vouchers in ORACLE system.
5、Responsible for monthly tax report for tax bureau.
6、Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation & bank account open/close/maintenance
7、Assist on annual audit.
8、Coordinate with other departments
9、Communicate/work with bank and tax officer etc.
10、Assist on other ad hoc issues

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1、Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
2、Minimum 1-year's solid experience in related field, previous experiences in a MNC or JV is a plus.
3、Familiar with accounting software, previous experiences in ORACLE or SAP is a plus.
4、Quick learner and with good problem solving skill.
5、Excellent team player and self-motivating.
6、Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
7、Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
8、Be a professional, maintaining high standards and discipline in the work.
