Report to: BG or Designer

Overall:
Projects will include designing web pages, web banners and web assets (素材), responsive design（响应式设计）, and mobile client, email campaigns, e-newsletters etc.
项目设计会包含设计网页、网页横幅广告、网页素材、响应式设计、移动客户、邮件促销、电子新闻等

Responsibility:
1) Plan site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality.
通过分析目标，设计功能性，计划站点设计
2) Continual professional development to keep up to date with new design trend and tools developments.
用新的设计趋势和工具持续不断的专业开发，以保持和现今的一致性
3) Be aware of the new trends in design and advertising.
能感知设计和广告行业的最新趋势
4) Be able to interpret client briefs and put them in to practice
能翻译客户的briefs，以及将其转化成可操作的内容
5) Must be able to communicate effectively in order to enforce the brand and make creative decisions to help deliver the best branded solutions to the client and market

7) Any other tasks assigned by leader.
