1.对刺身、寿司、天妇罗流程熟悉，对其中一样较擅长亦可，

2.按菜品的选料标准和操作程序选料加工
3. 对食物摆盘有一定的审美
4. 严格按照每款出餐标准出餐
6. 严格遵守规定的食品原物料保质期
7. 做好每日工作的清洁，熟练独立完成开档和手挡工作
