Responsibilities
工作职责：
We need smart and responsible analysts to support the Impact and Analytics Team. Main responsibilities include:
1.Support onsite data collection 数据收集
2.Support system setup and database maintenance 系统建设和维护
3.Assist in data normalization 协助数据统一化

Requirements

3.Ability to work both independently and in a team

5.Ability to understand complex problems and formulate solutions

7.Advanced English writing and speaking skills
8.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software
9.Some knowledge of SPSS
