职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To secure warehouse operation flow smoothly and deliver good result, develop and build competence according business needs, lead team to achieve developments from different directions.

ASSIGNMENTS:
? Set, communicate, lead, coach and follow up towards fulfillment of directions and goals within warehouse team.
? Initiate, lead and follow up performance and improvements tasks within the area of responsibility, like safety/operation quality/ORF/5S/stock accuracy/IWAY.
? Optimize and secure warehouse operation process & define warehouse policies and working instructions.
? Be responsible of budget and headcount management of warehouse.
? Be responsible of leading team to cooperate with other departments or BU to achieve IKEA and IKEA Components’ goal.
? Secure work conditions in accordance with applicable legislation.
? Be responsible for warehouse operation tools & forklift and facilities management.
? Be responsible for warehouse queries and reports.
? Develop and build team competence to fulfill company and business development needs.
? Other tasks assigned by distribution manager & company.

KNOWLEDGE:
? Minimum 3 years experience of warehouse working background & at least 1 year warehouse manage experience.
? Colleague degree with warehouse, MER, ERP or WMS is preferred; Financial knowledge or logistic knowledge is preferred.
? Be familiar with whole warehouse operation processing including Purchase order receiving, manufacture order picking and packing, customer order delivery.
? Be good at warehouse technology knowledge or skill, like scanner and ERP system; automatic warehouse knowledge will be preferred.
? Understanding team dynamics and relationships
? Proficient in common computer skills, Good at oral English and writing English.
? Experience from leading Business and People.
