To provide 5 Star hospitality food and beverage service, throughout the restaurant/bar, maximizing guest’s experience, using Le Royal Meridien Guest Satisfaction Standards. To ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent food and beverage service, in a friendly, competent and professional manner. Promoting a fun work environment and being a team player.

Well groomed and presented and out going personality

使用皇家艾美令客人喜出望外的标准，无论在餐厅或是酒吧为客人提供五星级的殷勤好客餐饮服务，最大限度的令客人满意。每位员工都会通过一线水准服务证书，接受培训员培训以备培训新入职员工并能独立、熟练上岗。以友好、娴熟的专业水准为客人提供出色的餐饮服务，确保客人满意。营造健康的工作环境并融入其中。
