工作内容:
Duties and responsibilities:
1.Responsible for product mechanical development cycles from concept design to aunch of mass production
负责产品从概念设计到批量生产的研发周期内的工作；
Translate functional specifications into mechanical design requirements
负责把产品的功能性规范转换成设计需求；
2.Optimize the design for cost competitiveness and manufacturability
优化设计达到具有竞争力的成本目标和可制造性；
3.Select mechanical components & materials based on design requirements and cost target
根据设计要求和成本目标挑选零部件和材料；
4.Working closely with electronic development, suppliers and quality team to ensure a solid manufacturing process
与采购、供应商、质保团队紧密合作保证稳定的生产过程；
5.Documentation of design details
编制设计过程的具体文件；
6.Working closely with suppliers for rapid prototyping of mechanical parts
与供应商紧密合作，完成机械零件的原型样件；
7.Supporting of production process.
支持生产过程；
8.Customer related communication
与客户进行业务沟通；
9.Moderation of D-FMEA and P-FMEA
负责D-FMEA和参与P–FMEA

岗位资格要求:
1. College degree or plus in Mechanical Engineering , equivalent or aptitude from accredited universities
机械工程专业的大专学历或以上同等认可的资质.
2.3 years min. mechanical design/engineering experience, preferable in automotive Industry
三年以上机械设计经验，汽车行业优先
3.Good understanding of injection processes
熟悉注射模塑
4.UG NX, CATIAV5,AUTOCAD or equivalent computer aided software using skills/experience
精通UG NX, CATIAV5, AutoCAD 或同等CAD 软件
5.Energetic team player with strong interpersonal skills
具有较强的人际交往和团队协作能力；
6.Business fluent English in both spoken and written language
流利的商务英语口语和书面表达能力；
Willingness to travel domestic
