职位描述：
1. Deal with various government authorities for certification processing and Property matters such as facilities maintenance, security, cleaners；
2. 4- 5 years experience running fixed operations, preferably in automotive environment；
3. Degree holder in any relevant field；
4. Knowledge of various building maintenance and government regulations；
5. Strong awareness of safety standards and policies in a workshop environment；
6. Knowledge of MS Office usage；
7. Experienced in new site setup an advantage, especially in dealing with various government authorities for certification processing；
8. Honest, reliable and able to follow instructions well.

1.处理各种政府部门的认证和物业事宜；
2.4 - 5年以上汽车行业运营经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先；
3.在任何相关领域的学位持有人都可以考虑；
4.各种建筑维护和政府法规的知识；
5.关于在车间环境中的安全标准和政策的强烈意识；
6.具备办公软件使用知识；
7.有在新起步的公司工作经验者优先，特别是处理各种政府部门的认证；
