Responsibilities
Main Objectives
Manage the ZF axles and transmissions business in China for Agricultural Machinery , reporting to the Sales Manager for the Off-Highway Market
Key Responsibilities
1. Defend and grow ZF axles and transmissions business in the Agricultural Machinery Market in China
2. Support the development of Sales and Product Strategies for the assigned market and execute them
3. Support the development of Sales Plans for Agricultural Machinery and implement all possible actions to achieve them
4. Closely cooperate with Passau and Luoyang teams for customers’ and products’ related issue
5. Execute regular customers’ visits to understand their strategies/ needs and foster relationship

1. Purchasing, engineering and logistic dept. of Agricultural Machinery OEMs.
2. Relevant associations and organizations in Agricultural machinery industry.

Requirements
Basic Requirements
Working experience At least 3-5 years working experience in B2B Sales in the Off-Highway business and/ or adjacent markets (i.e. Automotive or equivalent)
Education Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical)
English Fluent
German Not mandatory (would be a plus)
Computer MS office programs

1. Possess all hard skills to manage B2B Sales of complex systems in the Chinese market
2. Hunting and farming Sales capabilities

12. Available to travel in China at least 50% of his/ her time
13. Available to business trips to Germany if necessary (product trainings and business discussions) ?
