Job description
- Reports to Country Manager China
- Supports with the design & implementation of the marketing and launch plan (future: for also online business) for one of the Unilin brands in China. This includes:
o Brand promotion > Manage & execute online branding, communications and campaigns. Looks after the official website, Weibo & WeChat operation. Gives support on SEO & SEM promotion and online news writing with selected agencies.
o Media > Media plan management & execution both off- and online (branding, communications, campaigns, bannering, SEO/SEA)
- Build strategic relationship with marketing vendors including advertising, media, PR, event agencies, website agencies, etc.
- Chinese market & data analysis that improves planning, execution and optimization of traditional and digital marketing strategies
- Support organization of B2B / design & architect events

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing function, preferably within B2B and digital marketing experience
Good knowledge of Chinese market and marketing strategies, preferably in building materials sector
Proven ability to perform in depth (post)analysis, compile and interpret results
Proven ability to present strategies and make recommendations to manager
Good initiative to be project owner with high sense of responsibilities
Pro-active and creative mindset with a hands-on mentality
Problem solving orientation
Strong capacity of online promotion and digital marketing and WeChat & Weibo operation
Strong writing and communication skills
