职位描述:
To be an active part of an efficient, modern and accurate finance/accounting department that pays detailed attention to external as well as internal circumstances.
To supervise accounting operation; to ensure full compliance with PRC GAAP accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate financial policies.
Be current in all state and local governmental laws, rules, regulations, and/ or practices about office administration, office work environment and health.
Accounting
Make sure the day-to-day accounting routines; petty cash management, account receivable, account payable and general ledger maintenance are executed well. Responsible for invoice check and payment, voucher filing and supporting documents follow-up. Expenses review and check to make sure the expenses, reimbursement compliances with policies;
Reconciliation for Accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank movement. Prepare weekly cash flow summary to maintenance bank balance;
Responsible for monthly reporting of changes in the fixed assets register, to the accounting department in Hong Kong;
Calculate corporate tax and perform income tax accounting (incl. income tax, business tax, withhold tax stamp duties etc). Initiate all tax payment to the relevant tax bureau;
Responsible for correct payroll, tax and social benefits are being paid;
Liaise and coordinate corporate relations with bank, tax bureau and other government agencies to protect corporate interest. Prepare necessary information for internal and external audits;
Admin
Overseeing administration of Shanghai office; dealing with landlord, property management, facilities and security groups. Manage service providers, office equipment/ supplies, vendor relationships, and occasional errand. Effectively manage office expense within approved budget. Create cost saving opportunities by monitoring current spending statistics patterns.
Responsible for daily staff attendance record; travel, annual leave, sick leave, compensation leave records etc being updated.
Arrange accommodations and air/ ground transportation for both international and domestic business travels. Issue invitation letter for visitors.
Handle visa applications (travel-/work-/residence- etc) and maintain visa application schedule for colleagues (foreign and local) and ensure all applications are renewed or de-registered on a timely manner.
Interact with accounting, HR, IT, and others senior staff in the corporate office.
Assist for verbal/ document translations, prepare presentations/ document, compose, type and proofread letters, memos, spreadsheets and presentations (including charts and graphs) by using all Microsoft applications.
Any ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned by supervisor or management.
Education ? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting and/or qualified from a professional body
? Intermediate Accounting Level (中级会计师)
? Accounting/Tax auditing background is a plus
Experience ? 4-5 years adequate work experience from representative office and/or WFOE business entity in Sourcing field;
? Very good knowledge about Shanghai and China accounting and tax principles and preferable good knowledge about other Asian countries principles. Knowledge of various accounting software systems;
? 3-4 years Administrational working experience from representative office or foreign company with experience in office set-up and closing, constructions, contract negotiation, office administrations, staff attendance etc.

? Open minded and willing to discuss accounting principles;
Languages Native in Chinese Mandarin and excellent English language, both spoken and written.
