职位描述：
Job Scope:
1. Ensure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts and customer orders.
确保操作安排是符合客户订单及预报所要求的交期。
2. Check material stock and material ordering status, do the best to coordinate related person to meet with customer’s needs.
查询物料库存和物料订单的交货情况，尽力协调相关人员以符合客户的需求。
3. Coordinate with production, procurement, logistic, sales, QC and other departments, find out potential risk and follow action plan.
协调配合生产线、采购、物流、销售、质检等相关部门，发现潜在风险并采取措施解决。
4. Create dispatching plan and organize shipment according to customer order.
根据客户订单的要求安排发运，出具发货单。
5. Find solutions for special cases, such as urgent needs and ensure alignment of production capacity with forecast.
对于特殊情况找出解决方案，比如客户的紧急需求，客户加大预报数量，力求生产能力符合要求。
6. Monitor open work orders closely, communicate with production, sales, procurement, QC, logistics team and customers on manufacturing process, shipping requirements and delivery schedules.
跟进正在生产的工单，通过联系生产线、采购、物流、销售、质检等相关部门，查看生产情况、保证发货满足交货的要求
7. Work continuously on improvements, identify root causes of defects in process and recommend corrective actions.
持续改进日常工作，确定的操作、流程中存在缺陷的根源并提供建议解决方案及纠正措施。
8. Complete other job assigned by HOD 完成部门主管分配的其他工作。


Education and skill required:
-At least 3years experience as planner position of the manufacture.
3年以上制造型企业的计划专员操作经验,应届毕业生亦可。
-Experience of ERP system, SAP will be a plus
有ERP、SAP系统操作经验，优先考虑。
-Good communications skill and work carefully.
良好的沟通能力、工作细心。
- Good communication skill and team work, be accountable and proactive, self-driven to continuously improve.
