POSITION SUMMARY
- Drive the business development of APD in Greater China with emphasis on Enterprise Clients through integrating three APD service practices into client engagements
- Manage our key client in Shanghai, the Ford relationship and its account P&L
- Seek to establish long term value adding customer partnerships to deliver a profitable outcome for APD
- Through high quality operational delivery in Shanghai as well through leveraging delivery centers in APD network maximize revenue velocity for APD Greater China
- Advocate for and influence the definition and adaptation of APD services to ensure they meet the China market requirement
- Provide strong, responsible, professional leadership to the team;
- Build a strong culture aligned to APD values; Transparency, Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Collaboration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive the business development of APD in Greater China with emphasis on Enterprise Clients through integrating three APD
service practices into client engagements; Strategy & Design, Performance and Technology
- Build a winning country team which is resourceful and resilient
- Build and maintain strong relationship with our key customers in Greater China include Ford
- Build and maintain strong relationship with our key go to market alliance partners in order develop revenue opportunities and new customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationship with our key marketing platform partners operating in Greater China
- Build and maintain strong relationship with our key technology partners operating in Greater China
- Promotes a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages transparency, continuous improvement, Innovation and rewards collaboration.
- Ensures regular updates on country priorities to service practices, delivery centers and operation teams to ensure awareness of future needs and business developments.
- Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit KPI’s
- In conjunction with the Finance, develop, monitor and manage the budget and expenses of the Shanghai operations
- Work with HR Manager to ensure staffing levels exist to meet work flow demands;
- Ensure APD Shanghai Co Ltd operates in a compliant environment
- Encourage a corporate environment that incorporates the concept of borderless delivery and customer management;
- At all times conduct oneself in a manner that aligns itself with the wishes of Senior Management, owners and directors of the APD entities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

- Ability to consultatively sell to clients and close deals
- Knowledge in Digital and how digital is applied in business and their marketing operations
- Strong working network in Greater China and strong understanding of business in China
- Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client
- High level of integrity, judgment and follow through
- Strong coaching, people, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
- Experience dealing with multiple cultures across Asia Pacific
- Preferably with Management Consulting or MNC work experience background
- Results Driven

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Understanding digital landscape of Greater China and the issues faced by large organization integrating digital into their business and marketing operations
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business or Technology
- Minimum 5 years of Leadership Experience managing teams within large (100+ person) organisation
- Knowledge and experience in operations effectiveness and management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a results orientated management style
- Excels at operating in fast-paced, demanding work environment and commitment to get the job done
- Delegate responsibilities effectively whilst maintaining accountability


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
