? Communication with parent company

? Offer local support to foreign staff

? Organize and arrange accommodations for domestic and international business trip

? Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements

? Liaising with clients, parent company and other staff.
联系客户，母公司和其他员工
? Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
准备关于日常问询的书面回复
? Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
制作文件，简报，报告和演示文稿

SALES & MARKETING TASKS 销售和市场事务
? Responsibility of marketing activity
负责市场活动
? Preparation of materials (brochures, flyers, e-marketing, mailings, etc…)
资料的准备（宣传册、传单、网络营销、邮件等）
? Organize and arrange events such as exhibition, seminar, trainings, etc…
组织和安排活动，例如展会、研讨会、培训等

LOGISTICS TASKS 事务
? Coordinate and Track Shipments （including prepare documents for customs clearance）
协助和跟踪货物（包括准备清关资料）
? Manage Warehouse

POSITION REQUIREMENT岗位要求
? Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Law
行政管理或法律专业本科以上
? Language at work: English
能使用英语沟通
? Personality: structured , well organized

? Working Experience: at least 3 years working on the similar position
工作年限：至少有3年以上从事相关岗位的经验
? Position Type: Part time / Full time
