职位描述：
1.OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
?This position is master production scheduler, responsible for implementing common business processes to production planning, include: manage customer orders and forecast, develop long term planning schedule for production and purchased part.

2.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Keep the customer forecast consistent with system loading data.
? Weekly generate master schedule & capacity report per production line.
? Weekly system data clearance.
? Daily tracking schedule attainment (Volume and Mix).
? System planning/inventory data maintenance and checking.
? Weekly release inventory report/slowing moving report.
? E&O is minimal
? Monthly inventory forecast report.
? process to calculate shipping window in such a way that it truly reflects customer delivery expectations
? Maintain updated material flow plans for every product line.

3.KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
?5 years experiences on production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management, master scheduling and logistics analysis;
?Supervisory and management experience and Experience in purchasing, sales, and production operations preferred.
?Excellent English; Other language is a plus
?Strong PC and systems skilled
?Familiar with QAD system ;

4.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
?Educational: Bachelor Degree.
?Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in purchasing area of electronic industry.
