职位描述：
岗位职责：
1．负责对土建工程进行概算、预算、结算、招标、投标；
2．负责土建工程预决算编制与审核；
3．负责土建工程成本的目标编制和成本状况分析工作；
4．负责审核工程付款证书、变更、签证及结算书；
5．负责对已完工工程的各类数据统计与分析。
 
任职资格:
1．工程预算等相关专业、本科及以上学历；有预算资格证者优先考虑；
2．对土建工程的概算及报价流程有一定的了解，熟悉施工图算量及工程量计算；
3．5年以上土建工程成本预决算的工作经验，或具有二个以上完整项目经历；
4．熟练运用工程造价管理软件，熟悉土建工程造价市场情况、材料设备市场价格；
5．品行端正，身体健康，有责任心，正直诚信，能吃苦耐劳，具备较强沟通协调能力、团队合作能力，严谨细密的工作作风，严守机密的职业素质和道德意识。 举报 分享
