职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Recording and Handling new inquiries either from External Sales or from customers, to fulfill cold call per request by supervisor/line manager
2. Liaise with field sales or customers to chase order so as to magnify sales figure，forecast vs order analysis and tracking
3. Coordinating with related departments to ensure the implementation of customer orders and machines/parts/powder to delivery on time
4. Instructed by GM to regularly maintain data in sales system, report status of deals to HQ regularly, carry out regular meeting with agents or dealers to push for result of sales leads.
5. Customer complaint handle together with engineers and internal team coordination
6. Assist GM on paper work, travel booking, agenda and schedule preparation, and other duties as requested by general manager/supervisor

Required Skills and Experiences:
1. Two years industry assistant experience
2. Good spoken and written English.
3. Good application of computer software.
4. Degree holder: Bachelor or equivalent.
5. knowledge of customer service principles and practices
