职位描述：
Primary Duties:

Administration of Virtual and Physical Servers & Networks in a Microsoft Windows Server Environment (MS v.2003 to 2008 R2) and MS SQL Server 2003 to 2008.

Provide Full User Level Configuration, Installation & Support:
? Support various PC Desktops/Laptops, Peripherals & OS platforms and application software for 90+ users both onsite & remotely.
Description of Responsibilities & Duties:
？ Administrate & Maintain Windows Server 2003 to 2008 R2 Systems, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networking infrastructure, load balancing, Active Directory Domain administration, GPO’s and all backups (including SQL Server Database backups)
？ Maintain Virtual Host servers with VMWare ESXi 5.0 to 6.0
？ Install and maintain hardware, software on desktop/laptop computers; running Windows XP to Windows 10 Professional
？ Report to and work closely with Headquarters I.T. (based in the U.S.) for change management, process management and deployment strategies for software and hardware infrastructure.
？ Collaborate with upper management, production departments and US I.T. staff to develop strategies to create and support, a scalable and unified environment that promotes business growth and provides solutions, to enterprise level challenges.
？ Work with local and international vendors/service providers, to develop, implement, maintain and update; current and emerging technologies to provide redundancy for HA of services and DR solutions for current and future infrastructure.
？ Manage and track, all hardware and software inventory items. Including (but not limited to) licensing, physical location and user assignments.

Minimum Applicant Requirements:
? Must be able to fluently speak, read and write in both English & Mandarin (CH-S).
? Bachelor's Degree in Network/Telcom/Computer Related Sciences
? 7+ years Systems Administration and support experience. (MCSE, CCNE, CCNA certified applicants are preferred.
? Windows 2003/208-R2 64bit server Administration in an enterprise environment (SQL Server Experience is a plus)
? Familiar with Network Technologies TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, Switches, Routers
? MS Office Suites 2007 to O365 (Migration to O365 and cloud based services is a plus.)
? Knowledge of ISO standards and security best practices (CISSP certification is a plus).
? Must be able to follow directions to meet the needs of a highly specialized networked computing environment. 举报 分享
