PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating all shipping and receiving of materials by:
? Preparing courier and postal shipments for pickups by contracted couriers
? Receiving, cataloging, and unloading shipments
? Configuring, testing and shipping Cardiovascular equipment per written procedures

Maintaining shipping database and records by:
? Running daily, weekly, monthly reports
? Coordinates the ordering of supplies and study materials with Equipment and Inventory Manager or designee as needed.

Ensures quality of shipments by:
? Investigating, communicating and correcting any discrepancies found
? Creating shipping invoices

Ensures adherence to project timelines as they relate to internal processes by
? Placing appropriate identifiers in project tracking indicating data is ready for loading.
? Generating any site communication required in a timely manner
? Keeping project managers and department manager advised of current issues

Maintains client (internal and external) satisfaction by
? Responding to inquiries in a professional, courteous and timely manner
? Assisting in troubleshooting workflow issues

Supporting CSM staff by:
? Sending necessary study materials as requested

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by
? Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”)
? Executing technical functions as required by the study protocol and according to Good Clinical Practices and Bioclinica SOPs.
? Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards. Adheres to departmental standards and informs the Equipment and Inventory Manager of any issues relating to department standards
? Participating in the modification of company SOPs related to shipping requirements
? Distributing data and appropriate data tracking forms to therapeutic teams for processing
? Ensuring confidentiality of study protocols and subjects is maintained
? Separating paperwork and distributing to appropriate project bins for filing
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Maintains security of data and equipment
? Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
? High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:
? Experience working with computer software including Word, Excel and Access required
? Previous shipping / receiving experience a plus

? Ability to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities
? Excellent attention and orientation toward meticulous work
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
? Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English
? Strong organizational skills
