职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:

1. 策划拟定风机产品及技术中长期规划, 制定方案报批后执行；
Develop the Air System Fan products and technology roadmap in the longterm planning. Implementation of the program after approval.

2. 独立负责风机新产品的研发设计工作，输出具有竞争性的产品；
Responsible for the Research & Development of new fan products in air system, and deliver competitive products.
3. 运用风机设计软件,进行风机设计和研发；编制技术文件和资料；
Using advanced design software to do fan product developmen. Orginze technical documents and data.
4. 参与产品设计说明书、标准、技术协议等工作；
Participate in product design specifications, standards and technical agreements.
5. 收集风机行业技术资信,研究风机行业前沿技术；
Collect technical information of fan industry, and stay at the art on the technology.
6. 提供公司相关技术决策的支持；
Provide support for company related technical decision.
7. 协助解决风机产品生产和应用过程中出现的技术问题；
Assist in solving the technical problems in the production and application of fan products.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 熟悉风机、叶轮设计与制造工艺, 测试方法；
Familiar with fan, impeller design and manufacturing process, test method.
2. 熟悉风机结构，材质，生产工艺，质量检验；
Familiar with fan structure, material, manufacturing process, quality inspection.
3. 流体力学，震动噪声学等综合知识，减震降噪有一定的经验；
Fluid mechanics, vibration and noise and other comprehensive knowledge, vibration and noise reduction has a certain experience.
4. 至少5年以上风机设计经验(主导过风轮设计工作)；
At least 5 years working experience in fan Product design (leading the design).
5. 风机, 机械设计、制冷暖通等相关专业；
Fan, mechanical design, refrigeration, HVAC and other related major.
6. 熟练使用CFD分析, 熟练使用CAD/SW；
Skilled use of CFD analysis, and CAD/Solid Works.

Desired Qualifications:

1. 对电机性能，匹配，控制方式比较熟悉；
Familiar with motor's performance, control & its matching with Fan.
2. 了解Six sigma (DMAIC, DFSS)；

Faniliar with Six sigma (DMAIC, DFSS).
3. 有项目管理经验；
Project management experience.
