职位描述：
岗位职责
1、公司日常行政管理的运作；
2、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；
3、负责各类会务的安排工作；
4、协助行政经理对各项行政事务的安排及执行；
5、外贸内贸合同的处理
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格
1、行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历，具备一定的英文阅读和书写能力；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、具备一定的行政管理知识；
4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
6、有网络优化（诸如SEO优化）经验者优先考虑；
