职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1． Responsible for managing the application environment with focus on ERP
2． Act as a consultant between the internal customers from the business side and external IT outsourcing partners who are in charge of programming and coding
3． SAP daily maintenance
4． Understand the business and the business’ needs
5． Manage outsourcing partners
6． Independently complete SFDC CRM system daily technical maintenance and trouble shooting
7． IT infrastructure daily maintenance
8． Review and setup phase plan
9． Maintain system service SLA, user environment, system/network security
10． Create/Maintain IT documentation
11． Keep IT cost saving
12． Improve departments work efficiency via IT solutions

Requirements:
1. Computer or related major, more than 3 years software development experience
2. Deep understanding of business processes
3. Experience in implementing / delivering IT projects to (internal or external) customers , co-operating with 3rd party outsourcing companies is a plus, managing an ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
4. Knowledge on Object-oriented programming, can do simple development modeling and design
5. Master C# or Java, deep understanding on .Net or J2EE, ASP.Net or JSP which is based on web-based frame software development
6. Familiar with SQL Server 2005 or other database applications, able to skillfully use SQL language, data modeling design
7. Understand and be able to apply XML technology, have an understanding and application of Web Service and AJAX technology
8. JavaScript, HTML, CSS on Web development is a plus
9. Skills of Sales force and Office software（Word, Excel, PPT ect.）
10. Passion for work, able to maintain a proactive attitude
11. Work as a team player, Good communication skill, Work under pressure in a changing environment
12. Language: strong English communication skills (written and oral) to be able to effectively communicate with international IT department in Germany 举报 分享
