职位描述：
The main responsibilities of this position includes but not limits to the following
1. Create low stock report every week
2. Prepare labeling for unusual value order
3. Factory to follow up
4. Tracking number uploading to Amazon, Ebay
5. Update order management system
6. Cooperate with all depts. in China office and abroad customer service colleagues
7. Monitor 3PL warehouse performance, ensure operation align with SOP and conducted on time
8. Cooperate with shipping company for delivery issue
9. Manage the tracking report and deal with abnormal issues
10. Coordinate the communication between the quality team and warehouse
11. Provide the help and suggestions when suppliers and forwarders meet some issues regarding the delivery
12. Maintain shipping company price accuracy and timely
13. Others works assigned by manager

Job Qualification:
1. Junior college or above degree
2. English level - 4 with fluent English reading and writing skill
3. Good at Microsoft Office skill
4. 2+years of logistics related working experience
5. Familiar with ERP, WMS, SAP
6. Ecommerce logistics experience would be a plus
7. Should have team spirit, be patient, careful and cautious for daily work
