职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? Coordinate with Sourcing, Production, Factory and quality teams for Pre-production meeting and review the approved Pre-production Sample
? Review Carter’s product sample and make notes on the sample cards
? Assist with review of any Carter’s product samples as time & schedule allow
? Conduct IN-LINE and FINAL product audit to ensure the highest standards of product safety and quality.
? Schedule more observations or conduct verbal review for poor in-line audit results
? Conduct continuous training and final audits for factory Certified Auditors (CA’s)
? Execute correctly CGS AQL audit procedures and record in e-SPS system
? Ensure same-day notification of any failed audit and begin 100% re-screen of shipment
? Assist with new factory QQA audit on as-needed basis
? Conduct guidance & training for new ground QA and safety assessment for new vendor
? Regularly review and handle customer complaints
? Monitor the relationship between ground QA team & vendors and OQL performance
? Build up the team work spirit with leadership achievement.

Requirements:

? College or above graduate
? Familiar with US/Canada market requirements.
? Experience in woven/knit items in baby/children wear is a plus
? Ethical mindset on team work building
? Able to work independently with factories under pressure
? Good at Microsoft office skills in Word, Excel and PPT
? Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
? Minimum 5 years work experience as Quality Assurance Manager/Management Level
? Good command of English both in writing and speaking
? Frequent travelling is required.
