职位描述：
1、分子生物学、医学、生物工程等相关专业背景。
2、能对临床标本进行分子诊断操作，包括核酸提取、PCR扩增、实时荧光定量PCR等技术操作。
3、经岗位培训后，熟练掌握所学技术操作及产品知识，并对实验结果进行分析或初步分析。
4、良好的沟通能力、能及时对客户提出的问题反馈。
5、工作踏实，责任心强。
