职位描述：
? Handle and screen different phone calls, transfer to related person in charge.
? Greet clients and visitors to the office/meeting room.
? Make relevant arrangement for meetings, and prepare needed facilities as per request.
? Receive express/letters/newspaper and distribute them to the right person in time.
? Purchase stationeries as needed and distribute with record, control stationery cost.
? Responsible for the order of drinking water and the cleaning of water machine.
? Responsible for the maintenance of office facilities like fax, copy machine, etc.
? Coordinate and dispatch the transportation according to each function’s needs.
? Contact with stationery, express, water vendor, and arrange the monthly payment.

Requirements:
? College Degree or Above
? Good English reading & writing, good computer skills.
