Providing administrative support to the Project Department and Sales operations

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

1 Project Document Control:
2 File Contract / PO Files: commercial part, technical part, change
3 File Project Files: project controls, scheduling, cost estimation, cost control, report.
4 Contract Administration and Project support:
5 Logistics / Customs Clearance: collect customs clearance documents, contact with client and agent, prepare delivery notification, trace delivery status
6 Technical Support: file technical drawings and specification,
7 Finance Support: prepare payment request and bank guarantee application according to contract terms, trace payment status, update AR
8 Customer Complains: gather information from client and dealer, report to relative department, trace disposal status
9 Customers Data Input
10 File document
11 Sales Support
12 Work with sales to come out weekly and monthly forecast

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1 College degree or above in administration, business
2 Above 2 years’ experience as Assistant or Secretary with multinational industrial companies.

SKILLS:

1 Good language skills both in English and Chinese.
2 Team work sprit, supportive attitude and hard working.
3 Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and orally within the organization. 举报 分享
