职位描述：
Job Title: Service & Claim Handling
Location: Shanghai Office
Job Description:

1. Coordinate in between Principals and customers to find out a settlement for the quality claims regarding equipment which sold via SKFM China after delivery..
2. Coordinate in between Principals and customers to find out a settlement for the claims about missing parts and damage parts after delivery and arrange settlement.
3. Coordinate in between Principals and customers to find out a settlement for the claims received from vessel in operation within the guarantee period offer by shipyard.
4. Coordinate in between Principals and customers to find out a settlement for defect parts or wrong supplied parts.
5. Collect information for the Principal to check and identify Guarantee/quality problem.
6. Prepare and issue internal service/ commissioning order to Service Department.
7. Feedback frequent quality problem and customer’s request to the relevant Principal/Department.
8. Coordinate overseas services against claims accepted by Principals.
9. Coordinate and follow up orders for headquarter.
10. Update the claim in the Babteck system in time.
11. Occasional travel within China & aboard upon request by Head of Service.
12. Service arrangement for new-building projects.
13. Any other duty required to ensure the Company operates most efficient.

Requirements:
？ Colleague Degree in Marine Engineering;
？ Minimum 1 Years experience in service team (on board preferred) of marine field;
？ Good communicative, self driven & open to learn;
？ English communication in both oral & written;
？ Prepared to work under pressure & on irregular hours; 举报 分享
