Job Description:
1.负责规划并执行所有必要的公关策略/活动，旨在实现长期的公关目标：Responsible for planning and executing all necessary PR strategies/campaigns that aim to accomplish the long-term PR objectives:
1）针对目标顾客建立品牌及定位Create the branding /positioning among TA
2)藉由媒体沙龙与媒体保持稳定和良好的关系，让他们可以协助提供关键信息给目标顾客群
Maintain stable and good relationship with media via setting up a Media Salon,so they can assist to deliver our key messages to TA
3)媒体范围：平面媒体、网站媒体和KOL操作
Media covered:printed media,web site media ,and KOL operation
4)维持与媒体和商业机构保持友好关系，以成功执行的公关策略
Liaise with media and business organization to support the successful delivery of a PR strategy
5)对全国和区域媒体定期发布新闻稿、报价、编辑文案和其他文章发表(传统媒体和KOL)
Develop and distribute regular press releases,quotes,letters to editors and other articles for publication(conventional PR media &KOL)to the full range of national ®ional media outlets
2.制定和实施品牌建设和公关策略来加强Power Max在中国的品牌定位
Develop and implement brand building&PR strategies to reinforce the brand positioning of Power Max in China,
3.与媒体、媒体和博客的良好关系，以达到媒体宣传的品牌曝光的优化与可量化的成果
Establish and maintain relationship with media,press and bloggers to attain media pitch for the optimization of brand exposure with measurable results.
4.推动和计划品牌联合推广活动
Driveand plan for various co-operation and join promotion activities.
5.管理企业赞助和社会责任
Manage corporate sponsorships and corporate social responsibilities.
6.攥写高阶经理演说及简报文案
Develop speeches and presentations for senior management.
7.处理媒体的需求和询问
Handle media requests and inquiries.
8.监督营销传播预算，确保营销传播影响力和投资回报率
Oversee the marketing communication budget to ensure the marketing communication effectiveness&ROI.
9.Be the contact window for social media agency.
Requirement 招募条件
1.公关、传播、营销或企业管理相关领域本科或同等学历毕业
Bachelor Degree or equivalent ideally in the field of PR,Communications,Marketing,or Business.
2.3~4年以上公关及活动工作经验（其中1~2年以上的公关公司经历）
At least 3~4 years of professional experience in PR and Events,at least 1~2years in PR agency
3.具备运动、时尚、美妆相关工作经验尤佳
Previous experiences in sport,fashion,beauty industry preferred.
4.拥有新媒体相关的人脉资源
Strong network and connection with press and media of the related field.
5.拥有自我激励、多任务作业、成果导向的特质
Self-motivated,multi-tasking and result-oriented.
6.拥有良好的组织沟通能力及人际关系
Good organization,communication and interpersonal skills.
7.主动积极、具有企图心
Self-starter with passion and initiative
