职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Hiring
. Responsible for recruitment and routine recruitment channels/activities maintenance, such as job posting, interview, coordination and offer negotiation
. Hiring channel maintain and development
. Support all the recruitment activity all over China, including Chengdu, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing.

2. HR Operation
. Provide daily service to employees, such as policy consultant, certification provide, employee questions answer
. In charge of P-file management and handle the HR internal audit
. Responsible for key HR process execution, including but not limited in performance management, compensation review, employee development, HR planning, budget etc.
. Responsible for onboarding process, including the pre-onboarding preparation, first day orientation handling and hyper care
. Support HR head and coordinate organization activities in mainland China, follow global and local HR projects
3. Reporting. Provide accurate data in any kind of HR reporting, including and not limited for below:
. Monthly Leave Balance Report handling
. Candidate data input, maintain and data analysis
. Weekly hiring report update
. Monthly HR report update
4. HR System maintenance
HR system data input, maintain and data audit
Maintain site HR portal
5. Assist ad-hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by manager


JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Professional education in Business, HR Management, or related discipline
2. At least 3 years' working experience, international enterprise background is preferred
3. High sense of urgency, detailed and a quick learner, has high willingness to learn
5. Hign sens of data quality
6. Excellent written and spoken English
