岗位职责:
Position Responsibility
(1) 对汽车空调系统中鼓风机系统及其电机进行设计开发、技术评审、试验验证及持续改进；
R&D, technical evaluation, experimental validation and further improvement for blower motor in automotive air-conditioning system.
(2) 负责汽车空调中电器元件的设计和验证；
Responsible for design and validation of electric components in HVAC.
(3) 管理电器零件供应商的技术评估、项目进度、质量控制及改善。负责供应商提交样件的功能及可靠性验证；
Manage technical evaluation, schedule, quality control and improvement. Responsible for validation and reliability of OEM products.
(4) 与客户进行项目沟通、技术问题处理。协助系统团队、质量团队、采购团队和销售团队，为客户提供技术支持；
Communicate with customer and solve technical problem. Provide technical support for system team, quality team, purchase team and sales team.
(5) 编写项目图纸和文件。对项目的设计、验证及可靠性等问题进行经验总结。
Write drawing and project document. Summarize problem solving experience on design, validation and reliability.
Position Requirement
任职要求：
(1)本科及以上学历，电气自动化/机电一体化/汽车工程等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in electric automation, mechatronics, automotive engineering or relatives.
(2)具有3年以上电机或汽车电器产品的设计开发、验证经验.有汽车空调行业工作经验更佳；
More than 3 years design and validation experiences on motor or automotive electronics. Experience on automotive air-conditioning will be preferred.
(3)具备对空调鼓风电机及相关电器件故障分析、解决问题的能力；
Good at analysis and solution of blower motor and other electric application.
(4)熟悉电机工作原理、可靠性测试及质量控制；
Familiar with the motor theory, reliability and quality control.
Knowledge of FMEA process for design, and validation test requirements.
(5)熟悉TS16949及车用电器相关标准和协议，了解Six Sigma 更佳。
Familiar with TS16949 and standard of on-vehicle electronics. Familiar with Six Sigma is more preferred.
Familiar with international electrical standards used in OEM for passenger vehicle safety.
(6) 具有较强的学习能力、团队意识、工作主动性，能够承受较大的工作压力；
Good at learning ability, team work and initiative. Be able to work under pressure.
(7)具备同客户和供应商的良好沟通、协调能力；
Good at communication and coordination with customer and supplier.
(9)良好的英语读写能力。
