ZIEGLER LOGISTICS (SHANGHAI) LTD. SHENZHEN BRANCH is a multinational company specialized in shipping, forwarding and integrated logistics service. To cope with our continuous growth, we are inviting high caliber to apply for the following position:Sea Freight Operations
Main Responsibilities:
1) Follow up international Sea shipments and Inland shipments.
2) Communicate with the overseas agents and update information in a timely manner.
3) Solve various problems & difficulties in operation to ensure handle every shipment smoothly.
4) Provide good customer service to our clients.
Qualifications:
1) Age 24 above, college or above.
2) Good command of English.
3) Over two years of Ops experience in the shipping & forwarding industry.
4) Rich shipment-handling skills & experience.
5) Responsible, careful, aggressive and self-motivated.
6) Good communication skills, teamwork spirits and customer-service concept.
7) Good ability to solve the operation problems & difficulties independently.
