职位描述：
1) 跟进供应商出货，监控拖欠订单的交货。
Remind suppliers for deliveries and monitor the back order lines.
2) 负责出货前及时确认产前样和大货样，如有问题与工厂沟通解决。
Confirm PP sample and production sample for each shipment, communicate with factory if any problem.
3) 及时更新和核对每月的应付款项,增值税发票，以及其他相关文件。
Prepare and check payments, VAT fapiao and other related document monthly.
4) 经理交办的其他事务。
 Other task issued by manager and CEO.


Requirements
1. 学历 Education
   大学全日制专科以上学历
    Colleague or above Degree
2. 工作经验 Working Experience
    至少1年或以上从事进出口报关工作
    At least 1 years work experience in handling export or related area
3.语言 Language
     流利的英语听说读写水平，大学英语4级或以上。
     Fluent English communication orally and in written. CET4 or above.
4. 电脑知识 Computer Skills
    熟练操作Office办公软件。
   Proficient in Microsoft office software like Excel, Word, etc...
