职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Work closely with various business partners, and communicate effectively to ensure timely response to project requirements
? Provide general direction and business understanding for technical project teams
? To actively initiate and participate in design of new products when there is a business need
? To assist to co-ordinate the reaction to local regulations related to corporate customers accounts
? To ensure strict compliance of operation standards, control procedures and established guidelines
? To timely prepare reports and statistics as required by management and Government authorities
? To monitor and manage the processing according to corporate standards
? To provide professional solution to customers on complex and peculiar cases
? Oversee UAT testing and implementation
? Analyze project proposals, reviews, memos etc. and identify risk areas and make proper recommendations
? Analyze business impact and project financials, and help related teams to structure the facility including operation offering and collateral requirement, whenever necessary in accordance to Citi and Local regulator’s Policies
? Support quality program by active involvement in planning and implementation
? Be Responsible for Financial planning and analysis, management reporting and proactive direct expense management
? To provide training and guidance to staff so that they are capable to perform the required functions

Requirements:
? Minimum Bachelor Degree educational level and 2 years’ work experience, good command of both written and verbal English
? Knowledge common office procedures and practices including professional telephone communication, MS Office applications and record keeping
? Knowledge of professional business communication, including style and format of letters, emails and internal memos
? Ability to establish priorities, work independently under pressure, take initiatives, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
? Thorough, meticulous and organized, with dedicated follow though
? Assertive team player, active learner, customer focused attitude towards both internal and external customers
? Legal, Banking, Documentation or Operations experience would have a strong advantage 举报 分享
