Executive Search Consultant, ICT Industry
ICT行业猎头顾问


Responsibilities:
Prepare the target company list for each case based on Job Description and additional information from client;
Multi source channels for candidate search, including but not limited to: database, LinkedIn, on line search tools, etc;
Present suitable candidates to clients, arrange interviews and regularly follow up;
Arrange face to face interview with candidates when necessary;
Proactively look for feedback from candidates and clients, analyze the market trend of ICT industry for more efficient search;
Coordination with clients for candidates’ interview, reference check and employment offer.

主要职责：
根据客户提供的职位说明和相关信息确认候选人寻访的大致范围；
通过不同的渠道和方式进行候选人寻访，例如数据库，LinkedIn，搜索引擎，招聘网站等；
向客户推荐基本合适的候选人，安排面试，定期跟进；
保持对客户以及候选人的有效沟通以及会面，尽量收集反馈；
关注市场和行业动态，根据相关信息以及反馈提高寻访效率；
协调客户和候选人的整个招聘流程比如面试，背景调查，offer发放，入职时间等。


Requirements:
1 year and above work experience in Executive Search; Executive Search experience in ICT industry is preferred;
Excellent communication skills to interact with both clients and top level candidates
Result oriented, be able to work independently under pressure, team work spirit;
College Degree or above;
Good English communication skill.

职位要求：
至少一年以上猎头顾问工作经验;ICT行业相关经验更佳；
能够与客户以及高级别候选人进行有效沟通；
认同结果导向的工作方式,能够承受较大工作压力，有团合作精神；
大专或以上学历；
英文沟通能力熟练。
