Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership for delivery of vehicle package according to program targets
- Study all aspects of overall vehicle package;
- Ensuring the package complies with legal/corporate requirements
- Lead and drive technical problem solving activities related to package
- Tracking the packaging issues and conflict resolution;
- Report the packaging status to manager, project leader in the developing process
Requirements:
- Good broad component working knowledge across the Chassis/Body/Exterior/Interior/EE Engineering groups
- Have good knowledge about vehicle attributes, e.g. Vehicle dynamic, Physical ergonomics, Thermal, Passive safety, weight, operation strength, NVH, serviceability, final assemble, etc.
- Good communication, coordination and organization skills
- Capacity to make clear report and assessment;
- Self-discipline and organizational ability
- Team cooperation spirit
- At least 7 year relevant package or program experience related to vehicle architecture developing
- Well spoken and written communication skills in English
